1- Design & Brief

We begin with a comprehensive brief, spatial requirements, material preferences, budget parameters, and project timeline. For trade and developer clients, we integrate with existing FF&E consultants and architects at this stage.

2- Material Selection

Material selection at our Dubai Industrial City showroom, or via curated sample presentation.

3- Technical Drawing - Design Approval

Full working drawings produced by the Marbeya design team. Client approval required before production begins.

4- Fabrication

Production in our fabrication house at Dubai Industrial City under a single roof, CNC cutting, edge profiling, book-matching, hand finishing, and surface treatment all managed internally. No subcontracting, no handoff.

5- Delivery & Installation

White-glove delivery to site with Marbeya installation team. Final positioning, sealing, and surface treatment applied on-site. For hospitality and developer programmes, phased delivery is coordinated with the construction programme.
