We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping requests may be reviewed upon inquiry.
Fabrication & Delivery Timeline
As most items are customized and fabricated upon order, lead times vary depending on design complexity, material availability, quantity, and production requirements. Estimated timelines shall be confirmed upon quotation and order approval.
Delivery Charges
Free Delivery within the UAE for all orders above AED 2,500.
For orders below AED 2,500:
- Dubai: AED 100 delivery charge
- Other Emirates: AED 200 delivery charge
Additional charges may apply for special access requirements, crane lifting, excessive manpower, staircase handling, restricted access, waiting time, or site-related delivery difficulties.

Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. To assist you, kindly provide:
